Robert Tillges
CPO, FAAOP, President
Robert Tillges, Owner and President, founded Tillges Certified Orthotic Prosthetic in 1992. Robert has more than 40 years of experience in the orthotic and prosthetic disciplines, and has established a reputation for high-quality, caring and professional service. He was named a fellow by the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists, the Academy's recognition of the highest personal achievement in continuing education.

Michael Tillges
CPO, Co-Vice President
Michael Tillges is an ABC Certified Prosthetic and Orthotic Practitioner who has worked at TCOP since 2004, initially working as a technician. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and completed the orthotic and prosthetic practitioner programs at Century College. He has over 15 years of experience in the orthotic and prosthetic industry, including 12+ in patient care. Michael has a vast knowledge in prosthetics and specializes in the MAS and Hi-Fi socket designs for transfemoral amputees, along with the EMS socket design for transtibial amputees. He is certified in fitting various microprocessor knees along with microprocessor foot and ankle systems.

Steve Tillges
CPO, Co-Vice President
Steve Tillges is an ABC Certified Prosthetic and Orthotic Practitioner who has worked at TCOP since 2001. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato and completed the orthotic and prosthetic practitioner programs at Century College. Steve has over 10+ years of patient care experience fitting complex orthotic and prosthetic devices. Prior to becoming a practitioner he worked as a technician for several years. Steve is certified in the Bioness, various microprocessor knees, Triton smart ankle and has a vaast knowledge in MAS and Hi-Fi transfemoral socket design and technique. He enjoys helping his patients achieve their ultimate goals by listening to their needs and staying current with the most up-to-date products and technology.

Daniel Schmitt
CPO
Daniel Schmitt has more than 20 years of experience in the orthotic and prosthetic field. Daniel has provided excellent patient care at TCOP, since its founding in 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse, and also has diplomas from Century College prosthetic and orthotic practitioner programs. Dan is also certified in fitting the WalkAide and Bioness systems.

Brian Kasprowicz
CO
Brian Kasprowicz has more than 20 years of experience providing excellent patient care at TCOP. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in specialized human services from Metro State University in Minnesota, and has received diplomas for the successful completion of the orthotic practical and technical programs at Century College.

Erik Fleming
CO
Erik Fleming holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. He is a graduate of the orthotic technician and practitioner programs at Century College. Erik has been working in the field since 2006 and prior to that worked for seven years in the fields of physical rehabilitation and exercise science.

Katie Peterson
CO
Katie Peterson, CO, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State University and diplomas in both the practitioner and technician programs from Century College. Katie has been in the field since 1999. Katie is experienced in the orthotic discipline, specializing in traumatic spinal injuries and other trauma bracing.

Sean Scarbrough
CP
Sean Scarbrough graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Communications Marketing before completing the orthotic and prosthetic program at Century College. Upon completing his residencies, Sean became a certified Prosthetist in 2006 and is a board eligible Orthotist. He has over 10 years of orthotic and prosthetic experience in various clinical settings, including trauma one hospitals, specialty clinics, and care centers. Sean has a vast knowledge in orthotics, specializing in complex foot/ankle deformities and spinal injuries. He is currently certified in multiple microprocessor knees, including the C-Leg, Plie, Orion and the Symbionic System and also has experience in various microprocessor/hydraulic foot and ankle systems. He takes pride in his work and really enjoys making a difference in his patients lives.

Wade Hallstrom
CPOA
Wade Hallstrom has more than 26 years of experience in the orthotic and prosthetic field and holds a Prosthetic Technology degree from Century College. Wade then completed his training at Stanford University Children’s Hospital working in orthotics, prosthetics, custom seating and mobility, and commutation control. Wade began working at TCOP in 1995 and has continued his training as a CPOA, with the most advanced prosthetic systems including Motion Control ETD, Ottbock C-leg 4, Genium and Genium X3 Knees.

Dave Nelson
COA
Dave Nelson, COA, also holds a prosthetic technician diploma. Dave has experience in the orthotic discipline treating traumatic spinal and orthopedic injuries. Dave specializes in orthotic management of college athletes; specifically for lower extremity and custom facemasks.

Todd Nordell
CPO
Todd Nordell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University of Minnesota and he also graduated in the Orthotic and Prosthetic Practitioner programs at Century College. Todd is a certified Prosthetist & Orthotist.
David Tillges
CPO
David Tillges holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of North Dakota and has completed the orthotic and prosthetic program at Century College. David began working at TCOP as a technician in 2008 and completed his Masters in Orthotics and Prosthetics at Concordia University in St. Paul, MN. David is currently a Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist.

Phil Prochnow
C-Ped
Phil Prochnow is an ABC Certified Pedorthist and has been a member of the TCOP staff since 2011. Phil holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Orthotic Technology from Century College in Minnesota.

Elissa Kovala
Patient Care Advocate
Elissa Kovala has been working in multiple areas of office administration at TCOP since 2008. Elissa holds an Associate of Science degree from Johnson County College in Kansas. As our Patient Care Advocate, she guides both the prosthetic patients and our referring physicians through all the facets of the required documentation process.

Yael Radison
COA
Yael Radison holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. She is a graduate of the Prosthetic Technician program as well as the Orthotic and Prosthetic Assistant programs through Century College. Yael has been working at TCOP as a technician since 2015 and transitioned into a clinical assistant role in 2019.

Chris Burtman

Chris Burtman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Bemidji State University. He is a graduate of the Orthotic and Prosthetic Clinical program with Century College and went on to complete the Orthotic and Prosthetic Masters program through Concordia University in St. Paul. Chris has been working in the field since 2014 and is currently an Orthotic Resident at TCOP.

Myrriah Laine Dyreson
Orthotic and Prosthetic Resident
Myrriah Laine Dyreson holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering Degree from the University of Minnesota. She is a graduate of the Orthotic and Prosthetic Practitioner Program at Century College and recently completed the Orthotic and Prosthetic Masters program from Concordia University in St. Paul. Myrriah started her residency with TCOP in 2020.
